Our benchmarks for the upcoming spring season will be held on February 6th, 7th, and 8th. Only one day of the listed dates is required as long as the member successfully completes the requirements. Members will be asked to complete the following:
A campus loop in under 18 minutes or run 2 miles on a treadmill in under 20 minutes
10 burpees
1.5 minute plank
1 minute side planks (1 minute for each side)
25 jumping squats
20 toe touches
25 suitcases
1 minute wall sit
Times of the benchmark sessions are TBD.
